Luxurious apartment with great location and sea views in popular Cascais, Lisbon coast's most exclusive area, at Casa da Guia and Guia with cozy restaurants and exclusive shops. Grocery store is across the street, and close to other restaurants. A popular area for tourism (without having traditional tourism traps), and also for the inhabitants.
The apartment complex has pool with sea view, sun beds and pool for children.
The nearest beach is 20 minutes walk in Cascais center.
Two bedrooms, one suite with two 90 * 200 cm beds, (can serve as a double bed) one bathroom and jacuzzi. And one with 160 * 200cm double bed from IKEA, LCD screen and attached bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is 110kvm and is located on the 4th floor wit several elevators. Fully equipped kitchen with LCD TV, basic goods, dishwasher, washing machine with integrated dryer, coffee maker, microwave. Living room with dining table, two sofas, LCD TV, DVD, music center where you can connect your own iPod or MP3 player.
Besides this, there are irons and ironing boards, hair dryer, wireless Internet, cable TV.

About the area
Cascais is a finely preserved fishing village, old and new fused together in a nice way. Cozy streets, restaurants with flavors from many countries also local food, a lot of fish restaurant, an ice cream bar well known far away, fine cozy beaches and exclusive shopping with both markets, modern shopping centers and stores.Cascais and Estoril are the heart of tourism along the coast. There is no "tourist ghetto", still retain its charm and pride. Here's a nice big park with peacocks, small animals and fantastic flowers, perfect for picnics. Cultural Centre with a wide range of exhibitions and music events. Estoril a few miles away, has Casino and in summer a daily craft market, worth a visit.
Guia is a popular area of Cascais. Amazing views along the coastline walk that also offer free bike rentals near the apartment, runned by the municipality and you leave your ID as a deposit, (it is safe).
8 golf courses within a radius of 20 minutes by car. Oitavos, Quinta da Marinha, Quinta da Beloura, Estoril, Penha Longa (27 holes). If you drive an hour one can reach yet more.
Lisbon is just half an hour from Cascais with local train so you cannot miss doing a trip or two to the capital of Portugal.
