About Lisbon
Central Lisbon is a colourful, sharmy and beautiful place, with lots to see and experience. Camões is the nearest square to this flat and is concider the heart of Lisbon. Near is also Bairro Alto, with all its small bars of all colors and shapes, restaurants and shopping designed boutiques. Near by you also find mordern shopping centre. From Camões you take the famous tram number 28 which takes you around the winding streets and up to the castle. Lisbon is pleasant all year round and are neither too cold in winter or too hot in summer, thanks to Atlantic breezy winds.
If you want to get to the beaches, you get first to Cais do Sodré and from there you can take the boat to the coastline Caparica with long, sandy beache. Or train to Oeiras / Cascais where there are several stops to choose from. Travel time 20-40 min.
