A tip from the guests is to bring a simple dictionary to Portugal. English is not spoken everywhere and also menus are sometimes not in English.

We have really enjoyed our stay here in Portugal. The location is perfect, the apartment is lovely and the city is very fun! We haven’t missed anything, the apartment is really well equipped. For future guests, there is a little terrace by the castle of São Jorge. A pretty view over the city and a very relaxing atmosphere for a drink or a coffee. I really recommend it. Actually the Indian restaurant just around the corner is really nice too. We have been there 4/5 times. We will absolutely stay in this apartment in the future times we visit Lisbon, it has been superb to live here for such a long time.Jennifer & Sandra September 2008-Jan 2009
Villa Crisóstomo, Ruivo and Garcia
A3 Ressurs, a company from Norway rented in October 2007 the three villas in Vimeiro for team building and recovering. They where happy and satisfired with the stay and the exurcions. They wanted to come back to see more of the country in a soon future. We had a nice cooperation with this group and it felt very speciall and different to do a team building in this way. Also a great party was arranged in the houses with a short introduction in pourtugese cooking.Villa Crisóstomo
We really liked to stay in your nice rustic house. The grown ups enjoyed the calm country side and the younger the more active life that one can find near by. We didn´t discuss if we will come back, only when! The house contributed to make us enjoy our stay, but most of all we liked the friendly pourtugese people.Berit Stenlund with family
In the middle of the country side but near to everything! A great alternative for familys that don´t need city life to near by, and also not too far. We stayed two familys and one grandmother and lived exilent in this villa.

When the morning haze is forced away from the sun, the miles of great walks around wine growings and pumpkin fields, the fragrance from the Atlantic sea.. Sofie,Sergio and he´s parents are friendly and generous people that make you feel more like a friend then a guest. We rented car for one week and the other two we travelled with busses and walked.

Words from renters of apartment in Oeiras
We are allergic to
industriall tourism and therefore Oerias is the perfect place for us.
There are no souvenir shops, shopping streets, hotels and speciall
designed resaurants therefore we liked it a lot. With the train we could
cheap and fast travel to Estoril/Cascais or to Lisboa. Short way to the
best beach at this part of the coast and low prices on food and dirinks
we valuate a lot. We had all our meals at the balcony of the apartment.
The portugese peoples friendly, calm and kind reception made our week
