Cozy holiday apartment in Lisbon centre with luxurious touch, situated in the charming old part of Lisbon into one of few new buildings. Centrally located, walking distance to most things you might need or want to see. Cozy old-fashioned are with old style shopping. And un-touristic.
The holiday flat in Lisbon has a bedroom with comfortable double bed from IKEA, or pull it apart into two single beds. (Size 160 * 200 cm or 2 beds 80 * 200 cm). Living room with kitchen, dining area and comfortable sofa bed for two and Cable TV, WIFI internet.

Other equipment: Bathroom with massage shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet and towel heater. Washing machine with integrated dryer, dish washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, fridge and freezer, toaster. Cable TV and WIFI internet access, hair dryer.
Fan for summer and winter electrical heaters. High standards for best comfort for the visitor!

For you traveling with children to Lisbon:

Suitable apartment for baby push chairs since it do not have any stairs to enter the flat. (Many Lisbon apartments has very narrow staircases to reach the flat, but this one has easy acess.) Since it is placed in a hill there is no direct insight into the apartment anyway. Dishwasher, washing machine, travel cot, high chair, if you have any other wishes, please ask!

About the area

The Graça neighborhood in Lisbon city center is an old charming traditional working class area from the 1800-century that are virtually exempt from new buildings which makes the area very nice starting point to see the city of Lisbon. Small shops in old style of shopping, nice and cheap restaurants and fiendly people just by the famous tram number 28 starting point.
Places worth a visit in the area is Igreja da Graça the church of Graça, and view points like Miradouro de Santa Luzia and Miradouro da Senhora do Monte, where gazing out over the other hills that are Lisbon. And the famous oldest market in town, Feira da Ladra, "thieves market" is a few hundred meters away. Here you can find African sculptures, handmade iron products, tiles and clothing. In the market hall, you can buy fish and vegetables for nice prices.
A perfect place to stay for those that wants to discover Portugal UNESCO world heritage music, Fado. There are many Fado restaurants near by. Starting point for the famous tram number 28 is Graca so you can easily reach other interested places of Lisbon in a traditional and wonderful way to travel.

"Hi Sofie,
just want to thank you for providing such practical furnished and well located apartment in the Graca. Close to everything you need, fresh bread for a few bucks, new shoes if it rains (which it actually did), well stocked supermarkets and a quiet nice park with doves drinking from a graceful fountain, where you can sit and philosophize. To say nothing of the nearby outdoor café at the lookout point, where you from Graca can overview Lisbon and the River Tagus flows into the Atlantic Ocean.
Everything worked perfectly, with Sara's handover of the keys. The orderly apartment did, despite the rain and damp outside, you felt like home, and it was quietly contented enjoy the fish from the market and the wine from Pinge Doce. Dried one does not go out at night fado evening ahead bend, you could always listen to Radio Amalia in the shower radio. We'd love to return. Greetings from
