Renting Conditions

We rent houses only from family or friends. We give the best we have, and we expect the same from you. We will have chance to talk by phone or e-mail and get to know a bit of each other.

Conditions

We only rent to serious guests that agree to take good care of our houses.

We are flexible on arriving and departure week day. During high season we prefer changes at weekends.

The full name, address and phone number of the booking person is required, and the total number of guests that will stay in the house.

Price per villa is including certain number of adults (see the different houses). Since the villa capacity is higher, 10 euro per adult above 12 years per night is added on.

Minimum payment is one week. Reservation can be done and its valid for one week.

The booking is valid when 20% deposit of the total house price is paid, not refundable if the booking is cancelled. When deposit is paid you will receive confirmation by e-mail. If cancelling is done shorter than two weeks before the arriving date 50% of the price shall be paid.

The rest of the payment is paid at arrival, when you receive the house key.

If any damage is made on the house itself or its belongings the guest is responsible.

Smoking and pets strictly forbidden.

Cleaning and washing at departure is included in the price. There are possibility for extra cleaning and has to be booked and the guest is charging.

All houses has bed sheets and towels. Bring your own towel for the beach.

During your stay you will have our telephone number in the house, if needed.
