Who we are

My name is Sofie and I'm an interior designer from Sweden. I been travelling and working abroad a lot and have therefore big experience of tourism and I know what I want to experience when I'm in a new country. My husband is a Portuguese musician and we have two wonderful kids together. We love both our countries and we are creating a life where we can combine the best of them both. With this site and with my husbands music project "Stockholm Lisboa Project" which is mixing the traditional music from both countries including the typically Portuguese fados and Swedish polskas. The CD "Sol" has been well received and the Swedish embassy in Lisbon are using it as their official gift!

The idea behind renting

The idea is to share our Portugal as much as possible in a unique way. We want to give you a chance to see Portugal from it's heart. We are collecting our goodies and are presenting them here on this site so that it will be easy for tourists to experience as non-tourists!

Our houses are personal and belong to family and friends, and they have to be treated well. So we trust you on this! We give the best we have and we expect the same back.
