Middle season: May & Sept: 850 euro/ week

High season: week 24-35, 1 200 euro/ week

Sheets, towels and cleaning at departure is included. Bring towels for the beach. Heating during winter. Minimum 1 week payment.

The house size is around 100 m² with  8 000 m² of land. It has two bedrooms, one with dubble bed the other one with either dubble or pull apart for two single beds, two livingrooms where one can be used as an extra bedroom with place for two persons althow there is no door for privacy but it´s placed a bit on the side. The other livingroom is big and has a nice fire place perfect to use for winter guests. One bathroom, fully equipped kithen (no dish washing machine), washing machine, satelite TV, nice garden furniture and BBQ. If needed baby bed and chair for children can be arranged. There is also place for one horse in the stable and a field.

The garden has olive, pear, orange fig and almond trees that you may taste. The villa also has a small balcony on the roof whre one can enjoy the nice view and watch the stars.

Distance

From Faro airport in Algarve 15 km, Lisbon airport 250 km (2,5 h drive).

Small food store 2 km, bigger store and more (everything you want!) in Vilamoura 5 km,

beach 7 km. In Vilamoura you can rent a bike and I can recommend to use biking as transport combined with taxi when needed. 2 km to Boliqueime. Nice restaurant 400 meters.
