Arkitekt designed two-floor flat in the centre of Lisbon. The apartment is placed in a historical buliding at third floor. Tastefull designed and decorated, comfortable beds and speciall details like wood floor and panoramic window. 120 square meters, two bedrooms with dubble beds suitable for two couples, two extra beds, one bathroom and well eqipped kitchen, dining room, livingroom. The apartment has all comforts like dish washing machine, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, broadband, cable TV and more. No elevator in this building!
Distance
Walking distance to Lisbon centre 20 minutes, 7 minutes to subway station Marques de Pombal from where you can reach whole Lisbon easy. For beaches you can go to Cais do Sodré subway station and from tehre take boat to Caparica 20 min trip to the other side of the river, wonderful beaches! Or take train towards Cascais 30 min trilp to final station but there are nice beaches already half way in Oeiras or Carcavelos. Super markets, bakerys and fruit stores you find not more then 2 minutes from the house. Nice fado restaurant 2 min walk. TAP airline fly direct fligths to Lisbon.
For the family: For the family with small kids we recommend to choose another of our houses, these flat doesn´t have elevator and is placed at the third floor. Dish washing machine, washing machine, micro and if wanted travel bed for baby and high chair can be arranged.

Low season 350 euro /week week 36-23: 50 euro/night
Medium high season 750 euro/ week vweek 24-28, 32-35: 107 euro/nigth
High season 820 euro /week week 29-31: 117 euro/night
Price including
Cleaning at departure, by shorter stay then one week cleaning fee. Towels and sheets, bring your own towel for the beach. Low seson price includes only 2 adults if more 10 euro/night/ person.
